We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bookkeeper / Cashier

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Description

• We are looking for a control-focused operational bookkeeper who can independently manage daily financial discipline and protect the business financially.

Responsibilities
Must be able to:

• Reconcile daily sales vs POS vs cash
• Track inventory usage and discrepancies
• Manage petty cash and expenses
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Process payroll accurately
• Identify inconsistencies or losses immediately
• Maintain clean records and audit trails
• Hospitality / restaurant / salon experience is strongly preferred.

Minimum Credentials
At least one of:

• OND / HND / BSc Accounting or Finance
• AAT / ATS / ICAN foundation or equivalent
• Formal bookkeeping training with practical experience

In addition:

• Strong Excel proficiency (formulas, reconciliations, reports)
• Experience using POS/EPOS systems
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar)
• Required Practical Skills (Non-negotiable)

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
