Job Title: Salon Channel Manager

Job Summary

• The Salon Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing and growing the salon (professional) channel.
• This role drives sales performance, expands salon partnerships, ensures effective execution of channel strategies, and strengthens brand presence across salons through structured distribution, promotions, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a salon channel strategy aligned with company sales and brand objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and onboard new salon partners.
• Deliver salon channel sales targets (volume, value, distribution, and collection).
• Drive secondary sales through salon activations and promotions.
• Ensure optimal product availability, stock management, and pricing compliance in salons.
• Plan and execute salon-focused promotions and brand activations.
• Coordinate product knowledge and sales training for salon owners, stylists and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key salon chains, premium salons and influencers.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic salon accounts and resolve channel-related issues.
• Track KPIs such as distribution, active salons, sell-out, and ROI on activations.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coach and support field sales teams on salon execution standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–4 years of sales or channel management experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty, hair careor cosmetics.
• Proven experience managing salon or professional channels is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with distributors and field sales teams.
