Job Description

• The Supply Sales Representative at an AGO Station is responsible for driving sales of automotive gas oil (diesel fuel) and other related products.
• This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• The representative will also be involved in maintaining inventory levels, processing sales transactions, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Sales and Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers to identify their fuel needs and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.

Inventory Oversight:

• Track and manage inventory levels of AGO and related products.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock deliveries.
• Assist in stock counting and record maintenance.

Marketing Efforts:

• Participate in promotional activities to increase sales.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Operational Tasks:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales and storage areas.
• Follow safety and environmental protocols.
• Prepare sales reports and documentation as required.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines.
