We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for construction initiatives, from inception to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to define project scope, timelines, resources, and specifications.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, tracking costs and mitigating variances proactively.
• Oversee on-site operations, including procurement of materials/equipment, labor coordination, and compliance with safety, health, and building regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors/suppliers, obtain necessary permits/licenses, and manage stakeholder communications for seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality control audits, and progress reporting to clients and senior management.​
• Identify and resolve project risks/issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain momentum and profitability.​
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and providing mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, including cost forecasts, milestone updates, and post-project evaluations.​
• Ensure adherence to sustainable practices and company values in all project phases.​

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related field.​
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in construction/building projects(residential/commercial preferred).
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification (highly desirable).​
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, Nigerian building codes, and health/safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.​
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets exceeding ₦500M and multi-disciplinary teams effectively.​
