Ginger Travelz is a new age travel management company, that takes pride in providing all travel needs to their clients and to give them long lasting memories.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Business Development Manager

Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume and revenue targets in line with the company’s business plan.
• Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate clients and accounts.
• Prepare and issue proposals, quotations, and corporate travel packages to clients.
• Build and manage strong relationships with corporate organizations and individual clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and submit timely reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work with the Marketing team to promote corporate travel solutions and increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market visits and research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and grow corporate accounts.
• Attend industry events, meetings, and networking sessions to generate leads and strengthen the company’s corporate presence.
• Coordinate with the OHS team on reported incidents, including near-misses and accidents, as required.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of an OND/HND/BSc (in any discipline).
• 3–5 years’ sales or business development experience.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Willing to travel around Northern Nigeria 40%.
• Must have very good knowledge of Northern region.
• Existing customer base in relevant industry is an advantage.
• Candidate must reside in Abuja.
