We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate quantities, predict costs, and prepare detailed budget reports based on design drawings and specifications.
• Handle claims raised by contractors; participate in arbitration or litigation as needed, providing professional cost evidence.
• Participate in commercial negotiations regarding quantity determination.

Job Requirements

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, or a related field. Graduates from prestigious universities are preferred.
• Mandatory Certification:‌ Must hold a valid Nigerian Estimator Registration Certificate.
• Work Experience:‌ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• No record of penalties for violating professional standards, no complaints filed with industry associations, and no occurrence of dishonest, immoral behaviors such as overcharging clients, failing to fulfill obligations, deception, threats, or harming client interests (Critical).
• Possesses good professional ethics and spirit, loyal to and protective of client interests, honest and trustworthy, can be relied upon, fulfills commitments, is familiar with business etiquette, and pays attention to personal branding.
• Has a solid business foundation and good professional skills.
• Possesses strong logical analysis skills, strong negotiation skills, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• International company work experience is preferred, and an English accent should be standard.
• Good basic qualities, polite, optimistic mindset, and behavior that is proper and composed.
• Strong learning ability, willing to continuously improve oneself, has ambition and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Can work independently and proactively, possesses a pioneering spirit, and can complete the work cycle of planning, execution, and reporting summaries.
• Has good team spirit and strong organizational, coordination, communication, and leadership abilities, can listen well, and possesses excellent interpersonal and social interaction skills.
