We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging
• Translate technical features into customer-focused benefits
• Plan and execute product launches and relaunches
• Coordinate launch timelines with product, sales, and operations teams
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis
• Identify customer pain points, trends, and opportunities
• rain sales teams on product features, positioning, and objections handling
• Support sales campaigns and major deals as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• MBA or professional marketing certification is an added advantage
• 3–7 years experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles
• Proven experience managing product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Experience working closely with product and sales teams.

Salary
N450,000 - N650,000 monthly.
