Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of FinTech and technology projects.
• The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across FinTech and technology initiatives Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, and Operations Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Track and report project progress using appropriate project management tools and frameworks
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and quality standards relevant to FinTech projects
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve project delivery processes and best practices

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
• 4–6 years of project management experience within FinTech or technology-focused environments
• Proven experience managing software development or digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities Preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience working in regulated industries such as FinTech or financial services Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2,
• Agile) is an added advantage Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail High level of professionalism, accountability, and adaptability.
