Job Title: Sales Representatives (Pharmaceuticals) 

Locations: Abuja, Lagos Island; Surulere, Ikorodu - Lagos, Benin - Edo, Aba - Abia, Enugu, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Onitsha - Anambra, Calabar - Cross River, Abeokuta - Ogun, Akure - Ondo, Jos - Plateau, Sokoto, Kaduna and Gombe

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for pharmaceutical sales, distribution, collection and acquisition of new customers. He/She will be expected to drive trade growth, access, shelf-presence and market-share as well as building and managing relationships with all cadres of pharmaceutical channel-members in the assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales of company products
• Implementation of sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Identifying and onboarding of potential customers within assigned locations.
• Developing, building and maintaining strong relationships with trade/channel members.
• Providing business, market and marketing feedback and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc Degree
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience. Experience in coverage of Modern trade/ retail channels will be an added advantage
• Deep understanding of the territory you’ll cover
• Excellent inter-personal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently to achieve set targets and business objectives.

Compensation
Salary: Up to N2,000,000 Annually, depending on experience, competence, and performance track record. Attractive bonus and incentive schemes are also available.
