Summary

• Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers? Contec Global Group is looking for a skilled Accounts Officer to join our finance team.
• In this role, you will be essential in maintaining our financial integrity, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and supporting our overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Transactions: Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial data.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Maintain meticulous and organized financial records.
• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal teams and respond to vendor and client inquiries in a professional manner.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documents and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Sage) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to work in a dynamic environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
