Job Title: Business Development and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• We're seeking a results-driven Business Development & Marketing Officer to drive growth and expand our presence.
• The ideal candidate will have a degree, 5-7 years of experience in generating liabilities and fixed deposits, and a proven track record of success in business development and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our liabilities and fixed deposits portfolio
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in business development and marketing, with a focus on generating liabilities and fixed deposits
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N1,200,000 monthly.
