Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Yola, Adamawa
Job Schedule: Full time

Responsibilities

• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing visual engaging graphics and create compelling digital content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies.
• The ideal candidate has strong artistic skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to work across multiple media platforms to create impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and promotional materials for digital and print formats (e.g., social media, websites, brochures).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling visuals for campaigns, advertisements, and product launches.
• Develop consistent brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
• Conceptualize and create original content, including videos, motion graphics, photography, and written content for blogs, newsletters, and websites.
• Produce and edit engaging multimedia content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Stay updated with trends in design, content creation, and social media to ensure innovative and modern approaches.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, MD’s office and sales, to understand content needs and deliver high-quality creative assets.
• Brainstorm and pitch ideas for digital marketing campaigns, visuals, and content themes that engage audiences and drive conversions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Maintain an organized content library and asset management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory based on experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation trends, and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and work in a fast-paced environment.
