Job Title: Private Chef

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Core Responsibilities

• Menu Planning: Developing daily, weekly, or seasonal menus tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Meal Preparation: Cooking fresh breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, or preparing meals in advance for reheating.
• Sourcing & Inventory: Shopping for high-quality, fresh ingredients and maintaining pantry, refrigerator, and kitchen equipment inventory.
• Kitchen Management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Event Catering: Organising and executing specialized menus for dinner parties, holidays, or private events.
