Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, product positioning, and market expansion for our agro-processing business.
• The role focuses on driving demand and sales for processed agricultural products across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for agro-processed products
• Manage brand positioning, campaigns, and product launches
• Oversee customer marketing, trade promotions, and distributor marketing
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 3–5 years marketing experience (FMCG or agribusiness preferred)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and offline trade marketing
• Proven ability to manage campaigns and budgets.
