Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase , Lagos 

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, efficient, and hands-on General Manager (Operations) to oversee the overall management and day-to-day operations of our car rental business.
• The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with strong operational and logistics expertise, while also managing the company’s social media presence to support bookings and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of the car rental business
• Manage fleet operations, including vehicle deployment, tracking, servicing, and maintenance
• Coordinate daily logistics, bookings, and dispatch schedules
• Supervise drivers, operations staff, and administrative personnel
• Ensure smooth customer service delivery and handle escalations professionally
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor expenses, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
• Track performance and prepare operational reports for management
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Create engaging posts, promotions, and respond to online customer inquiries
• Support business growth, partnerships, and revenue generation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of logistics, fleet, and transportation operations
• Social media management experience for a business (content posting, engagement, customer responses)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic dynamics
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
• Must reside on Lagos Island or proximity to the Island is key.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a car rental or transportation business
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
