Job Title: Creativity Director

Job Summary

• The Creative Director is responsible for setting and leading the overall creative vision of the company across design, branding, and packaging projects.
• This role ensures that all creative outputs are innovative, commercially effective, and aligned with client objectives and brand strategy, while maintaining high design and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s creative vision across branding, design, and packaging.
• Lead, manage, and inspire the creative team (designers, brand strategists, and production creatives).
• Oversee end-to-end creative execution from concept development to final production.
• Approve all creative outputs before client presentation or production.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all projects and client accounts.
• Collaborate with strategy, marketing, production, and business development teams.
• Translate client briefs into strong creative strategies and design directions.
• Present creative concepts and brand strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on design, branding, and packaging trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure creative solutions are commercially viable and production-ready.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years experience in design, branding, or packaging.
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and packaging projects.
• Deep understanding of print production, packaging materials, and finishing processes.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools and creative workflows.
