Role Overview
As an Independent Delivery Partner, you will:
Product & Inventory Management:
Securely store VitalVida products at your location
Submit weekly photo documentation of inventory
Confirm all incoming stock immediately (quantity and condition)
Maintain full accountability for all items in your care
Delivery Excellence:
Complete all deliveries within 24 hours of assignment
Contact customers immediately upon order assignment
Deliver with professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy
Provide timely delivery updates through our system
Payment Protocol:
Direct customers to pay only into official company accounts
Never accept cash or direct transfers
Release products only after receiving official payment confirmation from VitalVida
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate daily stock and delivery records
Adhere to all Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines
Respond promptly to all communications
Sign and honor the partnership agreement.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Minimum of an SSCE / OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degree
1–2 years in delivery, logistics, or customer service (preferred)
Smartphone with reliable internet access
Valid government-issued ID
Proof of residence in your state

Guarantor Requirements (MANDATORY)
This is the most critical requirement. Please read carefully.
You must provide TWO (2) fully verifiable guarantors:
First Guarantor – Bank Employee (Required)
Must be currently employed by a licensed bank
Must provide official corporate email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@bankname.com)
Must be willing to respond to our verification email from their work email
Your onboarding cannot proceed without this guarantor's email confirmation
Second Guarantor – Acceptable Categories:
Your second guarantor must be:
An employee of a reputable registered company (with employment verification), OR
A civil servant (with valid employment documentation)
The following are NOT accepted as guarantors:
Military personnel or police officers
Civil Defence / NSCDC or any uniformed services
Religious leaders (pastors, imams, etc.)
Traditional or community leaders
Self-employed individuals without verifiable business registration
Anyone who cannot provide employment verification
Critical: Guarantor Verification Process:
Before you apply, please note:
We will send verification emails to BOTH of your guarantors
We MUST receive replies from both guarantors before proceeding
You must inform your guarantors in advance to expect our email
No reply = No onboarding = No products issued = Application closed
This is non-negotiable. If your guarantors cannot or will not respond to our verification email, please do not apply.

You cannot provide the required bank employee guarantor (we understand this is strict, but it protects everyone)
Your second guarantor doesn't meet our verification criteria
You find it difficult to meet 24-hour delivery commitments consistently
You prefer to handle customer payments yourself (we protect you from cash risks – customers pay directly to the company)
You're looking for a role with minimal accountability.
