Role Overview

• We are seeking results-driven Corporate Marketing & Lead Conversion Executives to drive business growth for Nigeria Markt.
• This role focuses on offline marketing, relationship-building, and converting business leads into active sellers and service providers on the platform.
• You will be the bridge between Nigeria Markt and the business community — building trust, explaining our value, and turning conversations into sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Support: 
Offline Marketing:

• Actively engage vendors, business owners, and service providers through in-person visits and meetings.
• Represent Nigeria Markt at markets, business hubs, trade areas, and networking events.
• Promote the platform’s benefits and opportunities for increased visibility and sales.

Lead Follow-up:

• Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
• Communicate clearly how Nigeria Markt works and guide prospects toward registration.
• Address objections and provide practical solutions that encourage sign-up.

Community Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with local business communities and associations.
• Develop partnerships that increase awareness and trust in Nigeria Markt.
• Serve as a familiar and reliable contact between the company and vendors.

Secondary Support:
Customer Onboarding:

• Support the onboarding team during high-volume periods.
• Assist new vendors with basic steps such as account setup and listing guidance.

Feedback Integration:;

• Gather feedback from vendors and prospects in the field.
• Share insights with the marketing and product teams to help improve campaigns and platform experience.

Performance & Reporting:

• Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and follow-ups.
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
• Provide regular reports on field activities, partnerships, and successful sign-ups.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, field marketing, business development, or lead generation.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
• Good follow-up, record-keeping, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Benin City and available to work onsite and in the field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B or marketplace-related sales
• Existing connections within local business communities
• Familiarity with digital platforms or onboarding processes.
