We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Quality Controller

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials
Inspection of Printed components and develop reports. Knowledge of using Measuring Instruments and report generating software are must.
Follow-up with external testing laboratories for scheduling tests and getting reports on time
Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned division at the earliest
Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines
Providing quality training to the team
Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
Monitor customer satisfaction levels
Monitor the production phase at various levels
Monitor the calibration of all the equipment used for manufacturing and their serviceability.
Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner by complying with the overall company’s Occupational, Health, Safety & Environmental System.
Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Health and Safety Management Systems (QHS).

Primary Responsibilities

Interacting with Engineering and Material specialist to identify and improve the process
Inspection of raw materials and printed components to ensure the quality.
Generating inspection reports and Procedures
Verifying the drawings
Maintaining the calibration of all inspection instruments.
