Responsibilities

• Transport executives and employees to various locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the corporate vehicle, including routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency in travel schedules.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to guarantee safety.
• Manage and coordinate chauffeur services and logistics for corporate events or functions as required.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage, documents, and equipment as necessary.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of regional roads, routes, and points of interest to navigate effectively.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a corporate driver or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic automotive repair.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with executives and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively for optimal scheduling.
