CorksPro is a retail and event company which we sells wines, liquors, champagnes, and also make mocktails and cocktails.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant / Account Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Executive & Retail Operations Support:

• Manage executive schedules, meetings, and retail operations follow-ups
• Handle official correspondence with suppliers, distributors, banks, and service providers
• Prepare management reports related to store performance, sales, and expenses
• Coordinate communication between management, store managers, and vendors
• Maintain confidential records for pricing, supplier agreements, and internal reports
• Support planning and execution of retail operations and promotions.

Accounting, Finance & Compliance (Retail-Focused):

• Record daily store sales, expenses, transfers, and cash movements
• Reconcile POS sales reports with cash, bank deposits, and transfers
• Manage petty cash and monitor daily cash flow across retail operations
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, expense, and profit summaries
• Process supplier invoices, delivery notes, and payment schedules
• Track stock-related financial records in collaboration with store managers
• Support inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and loss control reporting
• Monitor operating expenses and support budgeting and cost control
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and filing of all financial transactions
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, tax requirements, and retail regulations
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements

•  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
•  Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
