Description

• The Ebenco Graduate Engineering Programme is a structured development initiative created to prepare high-potential young Nigerians with the technical competence, practical experience, and professional mindset required to succeed in the evolving oil and gas industry.
• Graduate Engineers will benefit from hands-on exposure across critical technical and commercial functions, work closely with experienced industry professionals, and receive targeted mentorship to fast-track their development.

• Exceptional participants may be considered for full-time employment upon successful completion of the programme.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be Nigerians with Degrees in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Metallurgical & Materials Engineering.
• Minimum academic qualification: Second Class Upper (2:1) or Second-Class Lower (with a Master's distinction)
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme in 2023 or later.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
