Job Title: Procurement Officer

Locations: Ibadan - Oyo & Lagos

Job Summary

• The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing spare parts and related materials to support smooth manufacturing and operational activities.
• The role requires strong ERP/SAP experience and hands-on knowledge of spare parts procurement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure spare parts and consumables in line with company needs.
• Manage procurement activities using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of critical spare parts.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and reconcile invoices.
• Conduct price comparisons and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in procurement within an FMCG or Manufacturing company.
• Mandatory experience in spare parts procurement/sales.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
