Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Akinyele, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Office management:

• Supervising administrative staff, managing office operations, schedules/deadlines, and maintaining office facilities.
• Policy development: Creating and implementing policies and procedures.
• Supply chain management: Overseeing procurement, inventory, and distribution.
• Transportation management: Coordinating logistics, shipping, and delivery.
• Budgeting and cost and control: Managing budgets, tracking expenses/inventory.
• Team leadership: Supervising and mentoring staff members.
• Problem-solving: Resolving operational issues and improving organizational processes.

Requirements

• BA / B.Sc / HND / M.Sc / MBA
• 4 - 6 years of work experience
• Must be between the ages 35-48 years old
• Male and married
• Must be rugged and able to work without supervision
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
• Should reside along the Ojoo/Moniya axis or be willing to relocate
• Strong management and supervisory skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000/month (based on experience and qualifications).
