Job Summary

• Lead the overall business operations, strategy execution, production, sales growth, and team management.
• You will drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a hybrid working setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across production, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Develop operational goals, forecast sales, and track performance metrics.
• Build and lead a high-performing team; set targets, coach, and appraise staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Engage with key stakeholders (suppliers, clients, distributors).
• Implement policies, SOPs, and processes for scale-up and efficiency.
• Represent the company at industry events, partnerships, and business development meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Food Tech, Management, or related).
• Proven leadership experience in F&B or manufacturing.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytics skills.

Salary
N200,000 monthly + Commission.
