We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Driver

Locations: Island and Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Financial Services / Microfinance Bank
Assignment: Dedicated drivers to Top Management Staff

Role Overview

• The Executive Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional driving services to assigned top management staff of the Bank.
• The role requires a high level of discretion, punctuality, route knowledge, and adherence to safety and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated driving services to assigned executive(s) daily.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for office work, meetings, airport transfers, and official engagements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive movements and discussions.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tyres, brakes, lights).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years experience as a professional or executive driver (experience driving top executives is mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks, especially:
• Mainland routes (for Yaba-based driver)
• Lekki–Ajah corridor (for Orchid/Lekki-based driver).

Location Requirements:

• Driver 1: Must reside in Yaba or nearby areas (Surulere, Ebute Metta, Ilupeju, Onipanu, etc.)
• Driver 2: Must reside within Orchid Road / Lekki Axis (Ajah, Chevron, VGC, Ikota, Osapa, etc.).

Salary
N145,000 - N180,000 / month
