The Sales & Revenue Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth, owning the sales strategy, and leading the sales function to achieve sales targets.
The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, revenue forecasting, and market expansion, while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand, values, and long-term growth objectives. Key responsibilities include the following below but are not limited to them.
The Sales & Revenue Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth, owning and executing the sales strategy, and leading the sales function to consistently achieve business targets.
The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, revenue forecasting, and market expansion, while ensuring strong alignment with the Company’s brand, values, and long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and revenue strategies aligned with company objectives.
Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and high-value client segments.
Drive property sales across off-plan, completed units, and investment properties.
Sales Team Leadership & Performance:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent results.
Define clear KPIs, commission structures, and performance expectations.
Monitor individual and team performance; implement corrective actions where necessary.
Build a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven sales culture.
Revenue Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and revenue projections.
Track conversion rates, lead sources, and deal closures.
Provide regular performance reports to Management/Board.
Ensure data-driven decision-making across the sales function.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Oversee lead generation, client acquisition, and deal negotiation.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and partners.
Handle high-value or strategic sales engagements personally where required.
Ensure excellent client experience from lead to post-sale handover.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities.
Provide strategic insights to Management on pricing, positioning, and product offerings.
Support product development and project launch strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, launches, and brand positioning.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless transactions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company policies.
Process Improvement & Controls:
Establish and continuously improve sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting systems.
Ensure ethical sales practices and adherence to company values.
Minimize revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency.

Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum of 5–10 years experience in real estate sales and business development, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial sales role, preferably in real estate or high-ticket sales.
Strong and verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding high revenue targets.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
