Divitiae Limited - Our client, a well established and reputable Law firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Law Clerk

Location: Yaba, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date filing and documentation system (physical and electronic) for all legal documents
• Schedule meetings, court dates, and appointments for legal matters
• Ensure service of legal documents, including motions, subpoenas, and summonses
• Prepare and organize case files for litigation, arbitration, regulatory submissions, and negotiations
• Coordinate with lawyers & court bailiffs to schedule service, judgment executions, and enforcement
• Assist with compliance monitoring and regulatory filings
• Handle confidential information with strict professional discretion

Requirements

• Diploma/HND/BSc
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal administrative work
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
• Effective at multitasking, time management and prioritization
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
