Role Overview

• The General Manager will oversee the company’s daily operations, manage staff, and ensure strategic goals are achieved.
• The successful candidate will leverage technology to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and position the company as a leader in the transport and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the company’s operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee fleet management, logistics planning, and service delivery.
• Introduce innovative technology-driven solutions to optimize operations.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Master’s Degree or professional certification (e.g. PMP) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within the transport/logistics industry.
• Strong proficiency in technology tools and ERP systems for transport and logistics management.
• Proven track record of introducing innovative ideas and achieving measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
