An Integrated Corporate Operations organization is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Services Officer and Company Secretary (CSLA) 

Location: Nigeria

Job Brief

• To Serve as Company Secretary / Legal Adviser of the group.
• To manage the Human Resources, Admin, and General Internal Services.

Basic Requirements

• Should be a qualified Solicitor and Administrator with key experience in Corporate Services and versatile with ICT OPS and solutions.
• Minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience which should be at Junior / Senior Executive levels.
• Certified member of the Nigerian Bar Association and other relevant corporate services organs.
• Legal Provisions Viz:
  • Relevant experience of corporate Legal Firms Services
  • Familiar with various ADR and other related services.
• Age: Should be between 30 - 45 years old.
