We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Salon Manager / Supervisor (Premium Hair Salon)

Location: Town (No Marhaba / Nyanya), Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Role Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a premium hair salon.
• This role requires leadership, sales sense, and the ability to manage both people and clients at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations and staff performance
• Ensure excellent client experience from entry to exit
• Supervise stylists and ensure quality control on all services
• Drive sales of premium hair products and salon services
• Handle client complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and brand standards
• Track daily sales, bookings, and stock usage
• Work closely with the content creator to support promotional content

Requirements

• Previous experience managing or supervising a salon or beauty business
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Sales-oriented mindset (upselling is part of the job)
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Must live within the town for reliable daily attendance
• Organised, firm, and proactive

Benefits
Salary:

• N120,000 monthly (first 3 months)
• N150,000 monthly (after 3 months, based on performance).
