Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to strengthen our online presence, drive brand visibility, and increase lead generation and enrollment across all programs.
The ideal candidate will execute high-impact digital marketing strategies, manage digital channels, and enhance audience engagement across platforms.
Summary of Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution:
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with the Academy’s brand and enrollment goals.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct A/B testing and performance monitoring to improve campaign ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
Manage end-to-end funnel campaigns for program awareness, lead acquisition, nurturing, and enrollment conversion.
Content Development & Management:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website pages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and program messaging.
Develop multimedia content (graphics, short videos, reels) to boost online engagement.
Ensure SEO optimization of all content to improve visibility and organic search performance.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the Academy’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
Develop posting calendars, campaign ideas, and community engagement strategies.
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and outreach.
Respond to comments, inquiries, and community interactions promptly and professionally.
Website & SEO Management:
Oversee website updates, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve rankings.
Track website performance, traffic sources, and user behavior using analytics tools.
Collaborate with developers/designers for technical updates and optimizations.
Email Marketing & Automation:
Develop targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing, program announcements, and learner engagement.
Manage segmented mailing lists and automate drip campaigns to support enrollment funnels.
Track email performance and optimize open and click‑through rates.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:
Track marketing KPIs: website traffic, lead volume, conversions, campaign ROI, cost per lead (CPL), etc.
Prepare weekly and monthly analytic reports for management.
Recommend data‑driven improvements across all digital channels.
Use CRM and analytics tools to monitor lead behavior and support sales and enrollment teams.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:
Work with the Business Development and Enrollment teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
Support program launches, webinars, events, and product promotions with digital strategies.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and media partners as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, training, or tech sectors.
Proficiency in digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMRush, HubSpot or other CRMs.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, automation workflows, and social media algorithms.
Experience creating content and managing multimedia assets (graphics, video, social content).
