We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Personal Assistant (HR / PA)

Location: Ilasamaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Travel: Occasional travel required

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR/Personal Assistant (HR/PA) to provide comprehensive human resource support while managing executive administrative tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, high discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties:

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage staff welfare, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle payroll support, leave management, and benefits administration.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation when required
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Run official errands and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar HR/PA role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel occasionally when required
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary

  • Very Attractive (N200,000 - N300,000 monthly).
