Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations within our organization.
• The Security Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by implementing effective security protocols and monitoring all security personnel to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
• This role requires a strong leader with an acute sense of awareness regarding potential security threats and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively.
• The ideal candidate will possess exceptional managerial skills, allowing them to coordinate a team of security officers, conduct regular training sessions, and develop emergency response plans.
• Furthermore, the Security Supervisor will work closely with law enforcement agencies and local authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to manage any incidents effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to security measures are vital for succeeding in this position.
• The Security Supervisor will also be involved in the preparation of reports detailing security incidents, ensuring that all findings are effectively documented for future reference.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on shift.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a visible security presence.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms or incidents promptly.
• Provide training and guidance to security personnel to enhance their performance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding security incidents and investigations.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to enhance security measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory security role or related field.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage security staff effectively.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and incident documentation.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
