MOPSON pharmaceutical limited are makers of both ethical and generic medications The Company’s products are all registered with the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration Control (NAFDAC) in compliance with the statutory regulation.

MOPSON Pharmaceutical Limited has been in the business of manufacturing and supply of medicines since 1980. The company has been the preferred supplier of most of the pharmaceutical requirements of government institutions like the Government Hospitals, University Teaching Hospitals, industrial clinics, private hospitals and clinics in Nigeria.

Today, the company is reputed for the quality of its pharmaceutical products with over 50 products developed by in-house research and development division of the firm.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Medical Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a motivated Female Medical Sales Representative to join our team and promote our healthcare products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product reach and market share.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
