Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited) was established in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors. Since commencing operations in March 1997 the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous Projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Onshore Administrative Assistant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Main Functions

• The holder has to support the JV Onshore in all tasks and domains as advised by Senior Liaison Officer, such as: Work with the Admin team to follow- up payments for running contracts especially salaries and monthly-related performance report by department.

Job Dimensions:

• Support JV Onshore to follow up payments for running contracts, especially salary-related
• Prepare monthly performance report by department.

Activities

• Work in close relationship with JV Onshore admin team for monthly performance
• Work in close relationship with Finance team to follow-up running contract monthly payments
• Work with Cost control monthly report for transaction listing and commitment analysis presentation
• Support NUIMS BUDGET / Performance defense.

Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experience Required:

• Graduate with at least 5 years of experience of work in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Must be Excel / PowerPoint expert
• Must be very analytical with the ability to propose innovative and workable alternatives or solutions.
• Very fluent in spoken and written English.
