Position Overview
As the Brand Creative Associate, you will own the visual identity and creative execution across all brand, marketing, and learning touchpoints.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and Education teams to design high-quality graphics, documents, books, videos, and learning experience visuals that drive brand consistency, engagement, and clarity.
This role owns creative quality, visual consistency, and brand expression across digital, marketing, and learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Design:
Design brand-aligned visuals for social media, ads, landing pages, websites, presentations, and email campaigns.
Create marketing creatives, including banners, thumbnails, carousels, posters, and promotional assets.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
Ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Design & Visual Ownership:
Own the end-to-end design of graphics, images, books, documents, free learning materials, curriculum assets, monthly and annual reports, and all learning experience visuals.
Design presentation templates
Design Live classes presentations
Design and maintain visually engaging layouts for books, guides, workbooks, curricula, and educational resources.
Create branded documents and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) that communicate insights clearly and professionally.
Design learner-facing visuals for live classes, webinars, workshops, practical sessions, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
Develop and maintain templates, design systems, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
Translate content, data, and learning objectives into clear, accessible, and engaging visual formats.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and education teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
Ensure all designs meet brand standards, readability, and usability best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
Learning & LMS Creatives (Core Responsibility):
Design creatives for live classes, webinars, workshops, and practical sessions hosted on the LMS.
Create class cover images, banners, session thumbnails, and module visuals.
Design slides, workbooks, worksheets, and practical exercise templates.
Create countdown slides, holding screens, and session open/close visuals for live classes.
Design certificates, completion badges, and learner progress visuals.
Support instructors with branded presentation templates and visual aids.
Ensure all learning creatives are clear, accessible, and easy to understand.
Video & Motion Design:
Edit short-form videos for social media, ads, and course promotion.
Create video assets for webinars, workshops, and recorded classes.
Add captions, lower thirds, transitions, animations, and brand elements.
Repurpose long-form learning content into short, engaging clips for marketing and LMS previews.
Collaboration & Execution:
Work closely with marketing, curriculum, instructors, and product teams.
Translate learning objectives into effective visual formats.
Manage multiple creative requests and deadlines efficiently.
Iterate quickly based on feedback from educators and learners.
Pre-Production & Planning:
Collaborate with content, marketing, and editorial teams to conceptualize video and visual projects.
Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
Design visual elements, layouts, and motion graphics to complement video content.
Plan shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and equipment setup.
Production (Videography):
Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment.
Direct video shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera angles.
Ensure proper framing, composition, and brand consistency.
Edit raw footage into polished final videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Create and integrate graphics, motion graphics, and animations for video projects.
Design visual assets (thumbnails, social media banners, video intros/outros).
Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social media, web, events, etc.).
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
Quality Control & Delivery:
Review and revise videos and designs based on feedback.
Maintain organized video files, design assets, and an accessible media archive.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
2 - 5 years of proven experience as a videographer, video editor, and graphics designer
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, cinematography, and visual storytelling principles.
Ability to produce motion graphics and animated content.
Creativity, storytelling skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
