We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Vice President of Sales

Role Summary

  • Agyl is seeking a proven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / VP Sales to own end-to-end revenue growth across Direct Sales, Enterprise, Partnerships, Channel, and Customer Expansion.
  • This is a heavily results-driven, KPI-led executive role. Performance is measured monthly against clear revenue, pipeline, conversion, and growth targets. You will align Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Channel, and RevOps into a single operating system focused on predictable growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • This role is not about activity. It is about outcomes.

What You Own

  • Company-wide revenue strategy and monthly execution
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and forecasts
  • Direct Sales (B2B & Enterprise), Partnerships, Channel, and Expansion
  • Pricing, packaging, and go-to-market performance
  • Revenue Operations (process, metrics, systems, cadence)
  • Sales hiring, structure, enablement, and performance management
  • Executive reporting on monthly revenue, pipeline health, and growth efficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Agyl’s multi-channel revenue strategy with monthly targets
  • Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales, partnerships, and channel teams
  • Own the full funnel: demand → pipeline → close → expansion
  • Drive monthly performance reviews on revenue, pipeline, conversion, and velocity
  • Enforce strong deal qualification, pipeline governance, and forecast discipline
  • Partner with RevOps to build metrics-driven, scalable processes
  • Own pricing, packaging, and commercial execution
  • Present monthly revenue performance, gaps, and recovery plans to leadership
  • Build a performance culture with clear accountability and consequences

Monthly Performance KPIs (Core)

 

  • Revenue closed vs monthly target
  • Pipeline coverage and pipeline quality
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Win rate and sales velocity
  • Average deal size and enterprise mix
  • Conversion rates across the funnel
  • CAC, LTV, and revenue efficiency
  • Expansion and retention revenue
  • Quota attainment across teams
  • This role is reviewed monthly on these metrics with high driven results. Consistent performance is non-negotiable.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B revenue, sales leadership, or GTM leadership
  • Proven track record in building and scaling revenue organizations with targets
  • Experience owning multi-channel GTM (Direct, Enterprise, Partnerships, Channel)
  • Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations
  • Experience selling high-value, consultative or enterprise solutions
  • Strong executive presence and board-level communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a numbers-driven, performance-first culture

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Performance Bonus:

  • Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to company revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
  • Typical target bonus: 20% – 40% of annual base, based on performance

Long-Term Incentives (Optional / If Applicable):

  • Equity or long-term performance incentives
  • Strategic milestone bonuses (e.g., revenue milestones, market expansion)

Compensation (Price)
Base Salary: N800,000 - N1,500,000 per month (depending on experience and track record)
