Job Title: Female Fashion Manager

Location: Zone 4 - Wuse, Abuja

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Female Fashion Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, styling direction, and customer experience of the brand.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong fashion sense, leadership ability, and business acumen to drive sales, manage teams, and uphold the brand’s aesthetic across RTW and bridal collections.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Fashion Management:

• Oversee RTW, bridal, and bridal accessories collections from presentation to sales
• Ensure all pieces align with the brand’s identity, quality standards, and target market
• Work closely with designers, tailors, and vendors to manage fittings, alterations, and final output
• Monitor fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable collections

Sales & Customer Experience:

• Drive sales performance across in-store, online, and bridal consultations
• Deliver premium, personalized customer service, especially for bridal clients
• Manage client fittings, styling sessions, and order fulfillment end-to-end
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-value customers

Operations & Team Leadership:

• Supervise store staff, stylists, and sales associates
• Train team members on customer service, styling, and brand standards
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and order tracking
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.

Business & Reporting:

• Track sales performance, targets, and customer feedback
• Prepare basic reports on sales, inventory, and customer trends
• Support marketing efforts including product launches, styling shoots, and campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

• BSc degree in Fashion, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
• 3–5 years experience in fashion management, retail management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of women’s fashion, RTW, and bridal wear
• Proven experience managing teams and customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Computer literate (POS systems, basic reporting tools, and digital platforms)
• Well-groomed, stylish, and professional at all times.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
