Job Description 

• We’re looking for an Art Director to shape how our brand looks, moves, and shows up in the world.
• This role sits at the intersection of strategy, and design, owning our visual language across campaigns, product, and content while guiding a growing creative team.
• You’ll support with ideas, design with intent, and turn business goals into striking visual systems. From big campaign platforms to everyday product experiences, you’ll set the creative bar high and inspire others to meet it.

What You Will Do

• Support visual concepting and art direction across brand, product, and marketing campaigns.
• Set and evolve the visual direction of the brand across all channels.
• Manage and mentor designers, visual creatives, and art teams.
• Turn strategy into compelling visual systems that drive engagement, adoption, and loyalty.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years in visual design, art direction, or creative direction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an advertising agency, creative studio, or brand-led organization.
• Proven experience with integrated visual campaigns across digital, social, product, and brand touchpoints.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven design, brand systems, and campaign thinking across multiple formats.
• Expert-level understanding of visual storytelling: layout, typography, color, composition, and art direction across static and motion formats.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; strong collaboration with copy, motion, and product teams is essential.
• Experience directing photo shoots, video, motion, or interactive content is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of brand identity, audience psychology, visual consistency, and scalable design systems. Able to translate strategy into compelling visual ideas.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, content hierarchy, design systems, and cross-channel consistency.
• Inspires creative excellence while maintaining high standards, clear direction, and strong collaboration.
• Confident presenting work to stakeholders, defending creative decisions, and translating feedback into sharper visual outcomes.
