We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking candidates who will drive sales development and business growth in the aftermarket bearings segment by building and strengthening dealer networks for bearings, spare parts, and grease products.
  • The role requires active field sales engagement, regular dealer service visits, and effective payment collection.
  • The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in bearings sales across the Nigerian market and demonstrate the ability to manage and expand sales for all our Bearing & auto part product.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Continuously operate outside the office to strengthen existing dealer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities through regular market visits.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service to the dealer network by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring ongoing dealer satisfaction.
  • Build, sustain, and grow long-term, healthy business relationships with dealers through trust, reliability, and strong commercial engagement.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and performance reports to the HOD and management, including updates on targets, collections, and market developments.
  • Strictly follow all procedures related to customer credit facility approvals and documentation, ensuring proper authorization and compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong self-motivation and initiative, working independently with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning, execution, and follow-up of sales activities.
  • Collect, analyze, and report competitor and market information, including pricing trends, product availability, and competitor strategies, to support sales improvement.
  • Propose and support sales promotion schemes and initiatives aimed at increasing dealer engagement, brand visibility, and overall sales growth.

Person Specification / Qualification
Education:

  • Master / Bachelors Engineering / MBA (with good grades).

Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive, verifiable sales experience within the Automotive Spare Parts industry.
  • Proven track records of achieving sales target.
  • Product Knowledge: Preferably Direct experience in the sales and distribution of Bearing Automotive Spare Parts.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and negotiation.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in local language as well as english is required due to the nature of local business operations and customer base.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard computer operations and business software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Driving License and Car is mandatory.

Eligibility:

  • Candidate must be a local resident of Nigeria.

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 / Month.
