Job Title: Construction Carpenter

Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Execute site carpentry works (formwork, decking, partitions, doors, frames, roofing, fittings)
• Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements
• Carry out installation, finishing, maintenance, and repair works
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Comply with HSE standards and site safety rules
• Work effectively with supervisors and site teams.

Requirements

• Senior: 7–10 years of construction carpentry experience with supervisory capability
• Midlevel : 4-6 years of construction carpentry experience
• Junior : 2–3 years of construction carpentry experience
• Trade certification or apprenticeship experience is an added advantage.

Benefits & Salary

• N250,000 - N400,000 monthly depending on experience level
• HMO
• Pension.
