Job Title: International Student Recruitment Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven International Student Recruitment Officer to support student recruitment activities and promote international education opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong communication skills, and have proven experience in international student recruitment.

Major Responsibilities

• Recruit and counsel prospective international students on study opportunities abroad
• Provide accurate information on admission requirements, visa processes, and partner institutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners
• Support marketing and student recruitment campaigns (online and offline)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and follow up on leads
• Prepare recruitment reports and meet assigned targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in international student recruitment or education consultancy (compulsory)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Good knowledge of international education systems and application processes
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
