Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator – Packing to join our production team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to know and implement GMP and HSE
• Must be able to Understand and solve mechanical issue
• Must be able to Understand several mechanical related materials and make improvement
• Must be able to Understand electrical concepts
• Must be able to Understand several electrical related materials and make improvement.
• Must be able to have a good communication with the internal organization
• Must be able to make report
• Must be able to carry out implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance
• Must be able to review the performance of machine.
• Must be able to carry out, execute and solve problems
• Must be able to read data from the machine
• Must be able to check machine performance based on data records from the machine
• Must be able to process data using applications such as Microsoft excel
• Must be able to identify and define problems based on data from machine
• Able to prepare and maintain processes to avoid findings during audit.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust packing machines to ensure smooth production.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Ensure products are packed correctly according to company standards.
• Monitor quality control and report any defects or irregularities.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years previous experience as a Machine Operator in a packing or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of packing equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Basic computer skills for recording production data.
