Job Title: Machine Operator – Injection

Location: Sagmu, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator – Injection to join our production team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to ensure efficient production while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• BSC / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field).
• 2 to 5 years experience as a Machine Operator in injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Basic computer skills for logging production data.

• Must be able to Understand several mechanical related materials and make improvement
• Must be able to Understand electrical concepts

• Must be able to carry out implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance
• Must be able to review the performance of machine.
• Must be able to carry out, execute and solve problems
• Must be able to read data from the machine
• Must be able to check machine performance based on data records from the machine
• Must be able to process data using applications such as Microsoft excel
• Must be able to identify and define problems based on data from machine
• Able to prepare and maintain processes to avoid findings during audit.
• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to meet production targets.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure machine efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects.
