Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily business activities for our real estate firm.
• This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident, and able to take ownership of operations while working closely with management to ensure smooth execution, efficiency, and growth in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Coordinate teams and oversee workflow across departments Improve operational processes and support smooth business execution
• Track performance and prepare simple operational reports
• Support management with planning and execution Work with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• 1 - 2 years of experience in the real estate industry (Required)
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar operations or administrative role (Required)
• Experience in operations, administration, or management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Self-driven,detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable using basic tech and productivity tools.
