Job Title: Marketing Manager

Summary
As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for enhancing brand awareness and ability, generating leads, strengthening client engagement, managing both digital; offline campaigns, and delivering high-impact experiences like PartnerPlus Cc (PPC).
Your mandate includes building a recognizable brand identity, driving ac of our products and platforms, and influencing revenue through structured, amiable marketing initiatives
The ideal candidate is commercial-minded, digitallyand brand-conscious with strong stakeholder management skills.
Own the brand playbook, ensure consistent messaging, visual identity across all touchpoints.
Collaborate and ensure business visibility in the travel and corporate through media, thought leadership, and PR.
Develop monthly brand assets: flyers, decks, banners, social media temF product videos.
PartnerPlus Connect (PPC) Ownership:
Collaborate and execute quarterly PartnerPlus Connect events; virtual and physically.
Manage pre-event communication, registrations, promotional materials, and event reporting.
Campaign Management (Digital & Offline):
Design and run monthly performance campaigns to drive traffic, leads and manageplatform usage.
Track ROI on paid media, influencer marketing, trade activations, and speed content.
Collaborate with product, sales, and destination teams for synchronized align rollouts.
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with all relevant units and develop a monthly content calendar targeted at corporates, trade partners and direct clients with provision for facts, guides, and toolkits.
Design email flows, WhatsApp creativities and fllyers to support promotions on travel products
Track commumcation effectiveness—open rates, engagement, and client conversions.
Thought Leadership & Corporate Branding:
Build positioning materials to support business development, C-suite engagements, and platform sales.
Coordinate the development of insight-based travel newsletters
Ensure the brand shows up with relevance in media, panels, trade forum across Linkedln.
Reporting, Measurement & Team Oversight:
Lead the marketing report cycle: monthly dashboards, event ROI, campaign views.
Supervise internal and external creative resources; maintain delivery timely and execution quality.
Stay within budget while maximizing efficiency; track cost-per-lead and contribution to revenue
Qualification and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, related field. MBA is a plus
Professional qualifications/certifications are an added advantage
5 - 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role with proven track record in executing successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns within the travel industry.
Travel experience and/or luxury jet travel experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), analytics tools, digital ad platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
A deep understanding of affiliate marketing, a passion for travel, and the ability to strategize, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns effectively.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and partners.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Advanced proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.

Salary
N1,800,000 - N2,000,000 monthly.
