We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Office of the President
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: The President SCL
Position Purpose
Provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to, ensuring efficient management of executive time, priorities, communications, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
Strategically manage executive calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Screen and prioritize communications and meeting requests
Proactively identify conflicts and propose solutions
Coordinate complex logistics for meetings, travel, and events
Communication & Stakeholder Relations:
Draft, review, and edit correspondence on behalf of the executive
Serve as professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Manage email inbox and ensure timely responses
Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners
Meeting Support & Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas and briefing materials
Attend meetings and capture accurate, detailed minutes
Track action items and follow up on commitments until completion
Maintain organized repository of meeting documentation
Presentation & Document Development:
Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for various audiences
Create and format reports, proposals, and strategic documents
Design visually compelling slides that communicate key messages
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all materials
Project Tracking & Follow-Up:
Maintain comprehensive tracking systems for commitments and deliverables
Send proactive reminders to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor multiple concurrent projects and flag potential delays
Ensure accountability through systematic follow-through
Information & Knowledge Management:
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Conduct research and compile briefing notes as needed
Handle confidential information with appropriate discretion
Support data gathering and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
3-5 years as Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
Experience in International Development, agricultural development, or social enterprise sectors preferred.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly: PowerPoint: Expert-level presentation design
Advanced document formatting
Intermediate tracking and analysis
Calendar and email management
Strong typing, data entry, and document management skills
Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
