Job Purpose

• The Sales Engineer – Intern will support the sales team in identifying business opportunities, understanding customer needs, developing sales pipelines, and contributing to the achievement of revenue goals.
• This role is designed to give the intern practical exposure to technical sales, customer engagement, and business development within CENL’s compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:

• Assist in driving and achieving assigned sales targets within agreed timelines.
• Support the development and management of a sales pipeline with prospects that can be converted into successful sales.
• Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and product demonstrations as required.

Customer Engagement:

• Work with the sales team to acquire a solid understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Support relationship management efforts for existing customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct follow-up activities with clients under the supervision of the Line Manager.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and key metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and sales processes.

Compliance & Internal Collaboration:

• Champion CENL’s Compliance culture by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless execution of customer-related initiatives.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the Line Manager.
