Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Awka, Anambra

Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven female Real Estate Marketer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Awka.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and closing sales through both physical and digital marketing channels.
• This is a full-time, target-driven role suited for someone passionate about sales and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market company properties to prospective clients
• Generate leads through digital platforms (social media, online ads, WhatsApp marketing, etc.)
• Create engaging real estate content for marketing campaigns
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on leads
• Schedule and coordinate site inspections with clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc.
• Female candidate
• 1 - 3 years experience in marketing or sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to work full-time in Awka, Anambra State.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
